1. Online purchases are exchangeable and/or fully refundable within three days upon receipt of the product.

2. Store purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3. Overseas online purchases are exchangeable within seven days but notification of exchange should be emailed to info@sarataseer.com within three days of receipt of the product.

4. Returns must be in its original, unused condition (including in undamaged condition, all original packaging) for full store credit of the original purchase price. Returns will not be accepted if any of the foregoing conditions are not met. Store credit must be used within 6 months of the refund date.

5. Alternatively, in lieu of store credit, goods may be exchanged for items of equivalent or lesser value.

6. Customers are responsible for their own costs of shipping and insurance with respect to any return and for all costs of shipping and insurance from the Sara Taseer Fine Jewellery is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage or misdelivery by any common carrier.

7. Sara Taseer Fine Jewellery Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any return request at its sole and absolute discretion.
